The Bath Orchard project is a socially-driven, environmentally-focused initiative aimed at creating a sustainable apple orchard that benefits people, planet, and place.
Our mission is to grow a flourishing apple orchard on this ancient orchard site, that nurtures environmental stewardship, community wellbeing through active participation with nature and shared purpose.

Our project is focused on transforming an underutilised space into an improved green asset that actively removes more CO₂ from the air than it currently does.
Local residents and businesses will be invited to sponsor and "subscribe" to the planting and maintenance of apple trees, helping to offset their carbon footprint.

We believe in protecting the environment and preserving it for future generations.
Apple orchards provide environmental benefits, such as cooling effects (estimated at 5 billion BTUs per acre per year) and habitat for wildlife, bees and other pollinators which are crucial for food production for local farms as they facilitate the reproduction of many crops.
